LocationVibes.com Overveiw
LocationVibes.com is designed very simply with 6 tabs:
- AskAI – enables the user to ask frequently asked questions about the selected location. The user can also make up their own questions for that location such as “Are there any good Italian restaurants in the neighbourhood?”
- Find a location – enables the user to search locations by state and letter for Australia and state and country for America. The user can type in the beginning of the name like “Chats” for “Chatswood, NSW” and get a list of likely “hits”. But also they can use a tree control (like Windows File Explorer) to drill-down from country, state, beginning letter or country to a list of locations in that category. The location is shown in Azure maps with all places of interest like schools, hospitals, restaurants, parks and coffee shops.
- Surrounding suburbs – if that suburb is too expensive for the buyer, maybe they could find another listing from you office in surrounding suburbs which are listed and shown on a map
- Pictures – a slideshow of pictures from that suburb of the location center and typical houses there
- Video – where there is one available (such as “Hornsby”, NSW a video of the location’s center can often sell a buyer on that location).
- Community Page – where available it is often very interesting to go to that locations community page on Facebook and see what is on the minds of people in that location.
As a realtor in your location, you can easily add your own pictures and videos to LocationVibes.com by simply using your mobile while you are passing by the center. In this way you are helping to further showcase your office’s location.
